Accessibility
Last updated: May 2026
We want 3Dough to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is something we're actively working on, not a box we've checked.
What we've done
- Every calculator field has a clear text label that assistive technology can read.
- The calculator result updates are announced to screen readers as you change values.
- The whole page can be navigated and operated using only a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Buttons and toggles announce their on/off state to assistive technology.
- We aim for text and background color combinations that are easy to read.
- The page works at different text sizes and on mobile screens.
Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a guide. We can't claim perfect conformance — 3Dough is an early-stage product and there will be gaps — but we treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment and improve as we go.
Found a problem?
If something on 3Dough is hard to use with assistive technology, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Reach us through the contact options on our site or by replying to any newsletter email, and we'll do our best to fix it.
Please note: This statement describes our good-faith effort to make 3Dough accessible. It is not a legal certification of ADA or WCAG conformance. Full conformance is an ongoing process, and for a production business we'd recommend a professional accessibility audit to identify and address any remaining issues.
